Jen Buchanan joined RSA in 2009 and is involved in many aspects of its day to day administration, including invoice preparation for customers and company payroll.   Prior to this Jen’s experience was in the field of General and Operational Management for several blue chip organisations in both financial services and mobile telecommunications.    She graduated in 1989 with a BA (Hons) Degree in Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde.
